Presidential election (19 Nov 2017)
General Elections in Chile were held on Sunday November 19, 2017, including Presidential, Parliamentary and Regional Elections. Voters went to the polls to elect:
- A President of the Republic to serve a four-year term.
- Twenty three of 43 members of the Senate to serve an eight-year term in the National Congress.
- The full 155 members of the Chamber of Deputies to serve a four-year term in the National Congress.
- The full 278 members of the regional boards to serve a four-year term.
Legislative / Parliamentary Elections (22 Oct 2017)
The 2017 Legislative Elections in Argentina took place on Sunday, October 22 of the aforementioned year with the purpose of renewing 127 of the 257 seats in the Chamber of Deputies, the lower chamber of the Congress of the Argentine Nation, as well as 24 of the 72 seats in the Senate of the Nation, the upper chamber, representing the provinces of Buenos Aires, Formosa, Jujuy, La Rioja, Misiones, San Juan, San Luis, and Santa Cruz. At the same time as the elections, elections were held to renew most of the provincial legislatures, while two provinces (Corrientes and Santiago del Estero) elected governors.

General Elections were held in Puerto Rico on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 to elect the officials of the Puerto Rican government that will serve from January 2017 to January 2021, most notably the Governor of Puerto Rico.
Plebiscite (02 Oct 2016)
The 2016 plebiscite on Colombia's peace accords was the endorsement mechanism to approve the agreements between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army (FARC-EP) guerrilla group. Voting was scheduled for Sunday, October 2, 2016. The purpose of this consultation was for citizens to express their approval or rejection of the peace agreements between the government and the FARC-EP in Havana.

General elections (15 May 2016)
General Elections were held in Dominican Republic on 15 May 2016 to elect a president, vice-president and the Congress, as well as 20 deputies to the Central American Parliament, municipal councils, mayors and vice mayors. Overseas deputies (representatives of Dominicans abroad), Ministers and Vice-ministers were indirectly elected through the presidential election ballot; and Councilors and Members of municipal boards through the elections of Mayors/Deputy Mayors and Directors/Deputy Directors in the municipalities.
