The second round of Elections was held on Sunday, June 5, 2011, between the two most voted candidates in the first round to elect the new President and Vice-Presidents of the Republic.

Ecuador

Referendum (07 May 2011)
The 2011 Constitutional Referendum and Popular Consultation in Ecuador took place on May 7 of that year. It consists of two different electoral processes that add up to a total of ten questions, which will seek the approval of reforms on issues related to the judicial system, security, environment, banking and media.

General elections (10 Apr 2011)
General elections were held in Peru on 10 April 2011 to elect the President, the Vice Presidents, 130 members of Congress and five members of the Andean Parliament.

Costa Rica

Local Elections (05 Nov 2010)
The Municipal Elections of Costa Rica in 2010 are an electoral process held on December 5, 2010 in which 80 Mayors and their two Deputy Mayors, 467 Syndics and their alternates, 1832 District Councilors and their alternates, 8 Intendants and their alternates, and 32 Municipal District Councilors and their alternates were elected. This process was scheduled to be held throughout the country, however it could not be held in the canton of Pococí, which had its own process on December 12.

Panama

Local Elections (24 Oct 2010)
On 24 October, the Panamanian indigenous comarca Ngäbe-Buglé, made up of the regions of Nö Kribo (Bocas del Toro), Nidrini (Chiriquí) and Kadrini (Veraguas), elected delegates from corregimientos to the General Congress, the three regional congresses and nine local congresses.

Uruguay

Local Elections (19 May 2010)
The 2010 Departmental and Municipal Elections in Uruguay were held on Sunday 19 May 2010, in all 19 departments of the country. In each department the mayor (the first figure of the departmental executive) and 31 councillors were elected; and a mayor and 4 councillors were elected for each of the mayoralties. Nationwide, 19 mayors, 589 councillors, 89 mayors and 356 councillors were elected.

Dominican Republic

Legislative / Parliamentary Elections (16 May 2010)
On May 16, 2010, Congressional Elections were held in the Dominican Republic to elect the members of the 32 seats in the Senate and 183 seats in the Chamber of Deputies. The election coincided with 155 Municipal Elections and elections for 20 seats in the Central American Parliament. Representatives to the Central American Parliament were being elected for the first time.
